On November 29, CIRANO will hold a meeting to discuss issues relating to human resource management. The aim of this meeting it to bring together Quebec businesses facing HR challenges with CIRANO researchers specializing in the economics of human resources to discuss a variety of themes, including: hiring, attracting talent, employee retention, promotions, work commitment and incentives, absenteeism, and 360 performance evaluations. During this first meeting, CIRANO researchers will present the results of their work on these themes and you are invited to share your challenges during a roundtable discussion. Charles Bellemare, Principal Investigator of DEPPI, will present the different dimensions and objectives of the project.
