DEPPI (the Disability, Employment, and Public Policies Initiative) is a multidisciplinary project aiming to improve the understanding of the preparation, integration, access, participation, and job retention of people with disabilities. The objective of DEPPI is to recommend public policies that boost the employability of people with disabilities in a changing labour market.

The DEPPI relies on the participation of its various partners, AXTRA, CIRANO, CIRRIS, MTESS, ROSEPH, SOCIÉTÉ LOGIQUE, GROUPE TAQ and UNIVERSITÉ LAVAL, who contribute to the development of the projects and actively participate in financing the initiative. The partnership's research agenda is guided by the interests of the partners, all of whom have agreed to play a key role in the governance of the organization.
