Our thesis project seeks to provide a clearer understanding of the work-life-balance experiences of workers with disabilities and their consequences on their socio-professional trajectories throughout their career.

By using a retrospective longitudinal qualitative methodological approach, the project will describe and analyse the life stories of twelve workers with motor disabilities living in the Montréal and Québec City areas.
