Le DEPPI (Disability, Employment, and Public Policies Initiative) est un projet multidisciplinaire qui vise à améliorer la compréhension de la préparation, de l’intégration, de l’accès, de la participation, et du maintien en emploi des personnes ayant des incapacités. Les travaux du DEPPI utilisent des données probantes provenant d’expériences de terrain, de fichiers administratifs, ainsi que d’entrevues détaillées auprès d’employeurs et de personnes vivant avec des incapacités physiques. Le DEPPI souhaite contribuer à la littérature scientifique dans différents domaines en publiant des cahiers de recherche et des articles dans des revues scientifiques.

Study on discrimination: a field survey

The main subject of this master’s thesis is to figure out if handicapped people are subject to discrimination when employers choose whom to invite for an interview in the province of Quebec.
